What made this movie epic is the union of all Marvel super heroes in one single movie. The world is in danger and in order to save it, all super heroes must assemble together and without delay we had Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow.

The stars of the movie, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Chris Hemsworth as Thor,  Chris Evans as Captain America, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye And Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow.

No wonder this movie smashed the box office record set previously by Harry Potter with $169.2 Million.

The total earning within the first week world wide has mounted to $ 641.8 Million which is a mouth dropping earning for any movie to achieve within barely a week.

Disney’s Head Of Distribution was as shocked and surprised and we are and said,

“There aren’t even words, to be honest. I’m running low on double takes. Every time we looked at a number, it just got bigger than what we could have hoped for in the best-case assumption. With this film, this weekend, anything is possible.”

“The Avengers” release day on Friday was a huge crowd and had earned $80.5 by the end of the day. Comparatively Harry Potter had made $91.1 Million on the first day so The Avengers did not seem to have earned high enough. But the amount added up on Saturday and Sunday breaking the box office record by end of the week.

We can only say that we are so proud of the Marvel Studios who made such a smart and wonderful movie with careful planning and efficient promotional posters and videos. Not to forget, Joss Whedon, the director of the movie, whose direction made this movie possible and successful.

Greg Foster, chairman and president of the huge-screen IMAX cinema chain said,

“Crowds were so anxious to see the film on IMAX’s giant screens that Foster said the company had only one problem: it ran out of seats to sell.”
