There is no doubt in the fact that the Pop Queen and Fashion Diva, Rihanna is the icon of 2011. Although she maintains a very high profile, independent lifestyle, this “been there done that” kind of woman needs a macho man when it comes to relationships. This “S&M” singer needs someone to hold her hand like a lady.
“I play a very dominant role in my life, in every aspect of it. And I like to feel like a lady still, at some point. I feel like that’s the time when a guy really gets to be a man, and I get to be a woman. And if I’m being a man in the bedroom too, there’s nothing really in it for me.”
Now this X-Factor judge, RiRi has one other BFF in the Hollywood industry that loves being loud and independent. Katy Perry has been all over 2011 and the music scene since she jumped aboard the Hollywood ship. RiRi thinks of Perry as “a breath of fresh air.”
“I just couldn’t believe this chick had no edit button… Katy and Lady Gaga came out of the gate exactly the way they think, the way they wanna dress, the way they wanna speak.”
These two divas are dominating the music scene nowadays and making headlines with their pompous style statements. Rihanna loves being the odd one out. As she says herself: “Getting dressed, I want to pick the most bizarre pair of shorts so I can figure out how to make it look right, or work an outfit that will make people go, ‘What the hell is she wearing?’” This is obviously true considering the fact that Rihanna spends a hair-raising 14000 pounds on her gorgeous red hair.
