We do not expect this from the ever innocent Disney but somehow they managed to diss at their former star Demi Lovato and put her mood really off.

Demi Lovato is a former Disney star of the “Sonny With a Chance” show and she left that series earlier in the year to fight a long, hard battle with her personal eating problems. Although the star won the battle and came out fit and better than ever, it did not stop the Disney Channel from quipping on it.

Disney Channel show “Shake It Up” character scathingly remarked as: “I could just eat you up, well if I ate.”

This line got the bad side of Demi Lovato out and prompted her to write the following Tweets:

But that’s not all, the Disney Channel has actually heeded Lovato’s words and has released the following statement: “We hear you & are pulling both episodes as quickly as possible & reevaluating them … It’s NEVER our intention to make light of eating disorders!”
