The very famous and first Bond girl, Linda Christian has passed away on July 25, 2011 in Palm Desert, Calif, at the age of 87. Linda was a 40′s Hollywood star with a successful career.
Linda wanted to be a physician, when she was young. But after completing her graduation from secondary school, Good Luck brought him to her screen idol Errol Flyn who became a lover of her charming appearance and counseled her to give up her hopes to be a medical professional and perused her to enter into Hollywood as an actress.
Christian never looked behind after entering Hollywood. She had a memorable history attached to her career.
Linda Christine’s marriage was another remarkable history moment as she married 20th Century Fox’s biggest star, Tyrone Power, in 1949.
Unfortunately, her married life with Tyrone Power was not comfortable she had to end her married life by divorce in 1956.
Life gave her another chance which Linda Christine took with a smiling heart and remarried her life with actor Edmund Purdom in 60’s.

Linda’s first film debut was a musical comedy “Up In Arms” in 1944. Some more hit movies are “Holiday In Mexico” in 1946, “Green Dolphin Street” in 1947, but the movie “Tarzan And The Mermaids”, was perhaps her best-known movie.
