Do you eat eggs in the breakfast? Em sure you do. But did you know how amazing it is to have it on your face too?
Basically it is said that the egg white should be used for people who have oily skin but that’s not true. Egg whites can be used by all skin type people due to their properties and benefits.
Once in a while it is recommended that you apply Egg White on your face. It’s cheap, one egg white can be used multiple times and can be stored for a couple of days.
Benefits of egg white include skin tightening, shrinking pores, skin whitening, anti-wrinkle solution and best of all, leaves your skin supple and soft.
Uses and Applications :
Protein Mask For Dry Skin:
Since egg white alone is full of proteins, it is also called the Protein Mask.
Separate the egg white from the egg yolk and beat the egg white. Take a brush (or you may use your hands) and apply all over your face leaving your eye area and lips.
After 15 minutes, it will get hardened and you would want to peel it off. But it won’t
. So you will just have to wash it off with warm water.
Protein Mask For Oily Skin :
Separate the egg white from the egg yolk and beat the egg white. Add a few drops of lemon. Lemon is very good at cutting oil and will help balance the oils of your skin. Take a brush (or you may use your hands) and apply all over your face leaving your eye area and lips.
After 15 minutes, it will get hardened, wash it off with cold water.
Deep Cleaning & To Remove Blackheads :
Apply a layer of beaten egg white on your face as said above. Next take a kitchen tissue paper, tear off the areas for eyes, nose and mouth and put it on the face. Apply the egg white layer again on the tissue paper. After 15 to 20 minutes, peel it off in the upward direction.
VOILA, you will have a clear clean skin free of black heads.
