This year in August, 2011 the gigantic tycoons of the hip hop industry made their mark and proved to their fans that who is still in power. The rap kings not only took their music to the next level in this album but also have taken drastic steps to publicize it, all around the world; let it be through personal concerts, auctions or even asking his beautiful wife; Beyonce to sing in one of the songs in the album.
But since the songs has been out, the critics are going all nuts in their comments regarding the videos and lyrics of some of the songs like “Otis” in which the singers portrayed themselves as rich, carefree rulers of empire state, who not only love to spend money pointlessly on who ever they feel like but also waste it on different models but who the heck cares, especially when its Jay Z and Kanye West.
Right before the release of the album, in order to boost up the spirits of their fans, Jay-Z took a trip to the Big Apple to give his fans a little taste of what might be in store.
Jay-Z and Kanye West, release the song “Otis”, which gives tribute to the legendary King of Soul, Otis Redding’s track, “Try A Little Tenderness”.
As we know that Jay Z and Kanye west adds up to be nothing more then PURE SKILLS but this is not the end of it, the music video was directed by Spike Jonze and it illustrates, a beautiful Maybach which the rappers demolished and remodeled it with a blowtorch. Comedian Aziz Ansari is also making guest appearances in the video
In the video “Otis”, the rappers are driving an incredibly sophisticated Maybach motor with back seats all jam packed with beautiful zero size models.
The well known pair of hip hop world, Jay Z and Kanye West, who are especially famous for being straight forward and blunt, have also announced that the demolished car, shown in the video of “Otis” is going to be placed for bidding
The bidding will take place in a well known auction ceremony and they are pretty certain that there will be alot of rich taste millionaires out their, who will be ready to buy such a unique piece with in a nick of time, the rap kings also said that the money is being raised to help the victims of East African drought disaster.
