The Bollywood world was very shocked to hear the news that the hot Bollywood hunk John Abraham has been taken into custody in front of a Mumbai court and that later gave the verdict that “he will spend 15 days in jail for rash and negligent driving.”
This is the same sentence that a lower court gave to him back in 2010 and so we are back again. Anyways, the guy does have contacts and he had set a bail hearing for today. Now if it was rejected or accepted that is something you will know in a while.
If the plea gets rejected John Abraham’s six Pac will be thrown right into jail for 15 days. And it would be a right call as in 2006 this guy’s rash driving had got two pedestrians badly injured in Mumbai. Although he also took care of the pedestrians’ hospital bills, he also had to spend 15 days in prison over it.
So the plea has been denied in today’s case and although he has been given bail for 20,000Rs, he was ordered to be detained immediately till the bail is received. And detained he was, as the police took him in as soon as court proceedings ended.
