Mila Kunis gave it back to a reporter during an interview.
At the newly released film “Friends with benefits” conference, when Kunis was asked in Russian why Timberlake was acting instead of making more music, Kunis took offense and shot back in her native tongue. “Why movies? Why not?” Kunis testily replied. “What kind of question is that? Why are you here?”
While the room erupted with laughter, Timberlake could do nothing but sit there dumbfounded until the translation was relayed to him via an earpiece. When he finally received it, he pointed at Kunis and quipped, “This is my bodyguard.”
Kunis, most familiar for her role in the FOX sitcom “That 70s Show” and as the voice of Meg Griffin on “Family Guy,” credits her english fluency to listening to the simple vocabulary of longtime “The Price Is Right” host Bob Barker after moving to the U.S.
This is not the first time Kunis has busted out Russian in public. During a 2008 press conference for the action film “Max Payne” at Comic-Con, an audience member asked what the Russian translation to a well-known expletive was.
“Friends With Benefits” is the latest in Kunis’ burgeoning A-list film career which came about with her well-received role in the 2008 comedy “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and the Oscar-winning “Black Swan” opposite Natalie Portman.
Below is the video for this extremely funny but eye-opener moment for the reporter. Watch how Mila Kunis gets Justin Timberlake’s back in Russian…
