As green seems to be the theme of the movie poster as well as the surname, we know that the movie has something to do with nature. The Odd Life of Timothy Green is a fantasy, drama and comedy movie of 2012.
The story of the movie is very different to what the movies normally are and I sure am glad that Peter Hedges directed a movie that encourages people, helps and motivates them in life and brings out so many elements of emotions that a person goes through in life.
Without giving away spoilers, Cindy and Jim are happily married couples who have everything in life except for that one thing that they both desperately want, a child. Unable to have a child since a long time, the couple buries the memories, belongings & wishes that they had for the infant.
Soon enough, they get what they asked for, but their son is more than what they asked for.
