Kelly Clarkson Loses Weight & Goes Blonde

After a decade to Kelly Clarkson’s success with American Idol, she has been up on the ladder of success reaching out step after step. Just recently we wished Happy 30th Birthday Kelly Clarkson!!!! and now Kelly Clarkson is up and again on a life of roller coaster. 

First she lost about 30 pounds and is happy with the change in her body. She is not a person to rage over a skinny body or run behind a zero figure but Kelly Clarkson likes to have a healthy body and is promoting the same desire among her fans.

When talking about her gym routines and exercises, she said,

“I do cardio. I run. I strength-train using my own body weight. I don’t like free weights, because I build muscle easily. Really, what I try to instill in my fans is to be healthy and happy. I have no desire to be super-skinny.”

After losing the extra pounds, Kelly Clarkson brought a change in her looks by changing her hair color. She has had been a brunette since a long while now so she got herself a a deep honey hair color to transform from brunette to blonde. 

She shared her experience of an early on screen time with the media and said that the experience wasn’t a fairytale to begin with. It had it’s ups and downs and most of the time there were only downs.

“They were looking out for the show, and it was horrible. I was 19 years old. I was smart enough to know that it wasn’t about me, but that didn’t make it any easier. I’m all cried out about it, but my first four years, I hated my life; I almost quit a dozen times.”

So what’s more to Kelly Clarkson these days?

She is dating Brandon Blackstock whom she met through a friend. Kelly has been known for a lot of break ups and we just hope that history does not repeat itself and she goes a long way with Brandon Blackstock. 

“‘No, that’s what happiness is. Maybe I’ve never been happy. Because Brandon does, he makes me happy.”
