Recently Kevin McGuire who is a cancer patient has asked Taylor Swift to be his prom date but due to certain commitments Taylor turn down his offer but instead ask him to be her date in the glittery night of American Country Music Awards which are due on 1st April, 2012.
Kevin McGuire has been fighting leukemia since he has turned 13 years old. In 2010, this brave soldier somehow manage to win battle with the cancer but in 2012 the cancerous cells over lapse which eventually has made him fight against the cancer again.
Kevin in response to Taylor Swift proposal says:
’Obviously I said yes. The ACM Awards is a lot better than the senior prom.’
